Return and Replacement Policy

At FreshPrint.xyz, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our personalized items. Please familiarize yourself with our return and replacement policy:

Returns:

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: Report any defective or damaged products within 10 days of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Incorrect Customization: If there’s an error in customization on our part, contact us within 10 days of receiving the item for a prompt replacement.

Replacement:

  1. Quality Concerns: If you’re unsatisfied with print quality, color, or fabric, contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a replacement.
  2. Size or Fit Issues: Avail a one-time free replacement for sizing or fit concerns by contacting us within 10 days of delivery.

Courier Return:

  1. Delivery Attempts: After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the product returns to our warehouse and is stored for 30 days.
  2. Re-Delivery: To re-attempt delivery, a shipping charge of Rs. 150 applies.
  3. Customer’s Choice: If the customer chooses not to reattempt delivery or wishes to return the item, delivery charges will be deducted from the prepaid amount.

Additional Clauses:

  1. Return and Replacement Period: A 10-day window is provided for initiating returns or replacements.
  2. Broken Products Received (Fragile Items like Mugs and Framed Posters): For fragile items, report issues within 10 days of delivery.
    To request a replacement, send pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging, clearly displaying the shipping label and customer details for verification.

Conditions for Return/Replacement:

To initiate a Refund/Replacement request, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Products must be unused and in the original condition.
  2. Ensure all tags, accessories, and packaging remain intact.
  3. Provide clear images/videos displaying the product with the visible defect.
  4. Include an image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
  5. Include images of the packaging, ensuring the shipping label is visible.
  6. Kindly allow a processing time of 3-5 business days from the receipt of the product at our warehouse to issue credit.
  7. For refunds processed back to the original accounts (i.e., Credit Card, Debit Card, and Netbanking), the refund may require 7-10 days to appear in your account, contingent upon your banking partner’s processing time.
  8. Customized items are eligible for return or replacement only in case of manufacturing defects or errors.

How to Initiate Return/Replacement:

Contact our Customer Support team at connect@freshprint.xyz with your order number, images of the product, and a detailed description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process.

Note:

  • Personalized items are crafted uniquely for you; thus, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects or errors.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
